Each American Scroll image is a derivative of the hand engraved work that Weldon Lister has produced in over 44 years as a Master Engraver. Traditionally his work appears on surfaces of metal ranging from jewelry to firearms, and is achieved with a hammer and chisel. American Scroll takes takes the art of engraving from metal to thread.
The Buffalo Skull is a perfect example of American Scroll art work. The original pen and ink drawing took 10 hours to complete, and serves as the basis of this graphic. Evident are the traditional elements of American scroll combined with Weldon's unique style he has become internationally known for in the world of bespoke hand engraving.
Care Instructions - Wash inside out, on cold, and dry on a gentle cycle to preserve size and print.
